President Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Attend Second Central Asia-Germany Summit in Astana
Tashkent, The Gulf Observer: At the invitation of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will undertake a working visit to Astana on September 17 to participate in the second meeting of Central Asian leaders and Germany.
The summit aims to further strengthen and expand multifaceted cooperation between the countries of Central Asia and Germany. Key discussions will focus on deepening collaboration in trade, economic, and investment spheres, as well as technological advancement, transport, and communications.
Additionally, a joint meeting is planned with the heads of leading German companies and financial institutions, highlighting the commitment to fostering business ties and strategic partnerships.
The first “Central Asia-Germany” summit was held on September 29, 2023, in Berlin, marking the beginning of a new chapter in regional cooperation with Germany.
