Saudi Military Delegation Visits Azerbaijan
Baku, The Gulf Observer: A delegation from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, led by Major General Musfer bin Hassan bin Musfer Al-Essa, Director of the General Administration for Morale Affairs and Values Promotion of the Armed Forces, visited Azerbaijan to explore avenues for enhanced cooperation in military education and training.
The delegation was received by Colonel Elshad Abilov, Chief of the Department for Ideological Work and Moral-Psychological Support of the Main Department for Personnel of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan. The meeting took place at the Azerbaijan Army’s Training and Educational Center, as reported by the Ministry of Defense.
During the visit, the Saudi delegation attended lectures focused on “The Role of National, Moral, Ethical, and Patriotic Values in Enhancing the Moral and Psychological Spirit of Military Personnel.” They were also briefed on Azerbaijan’s initiatives to organize ideological work and the training of military psychologists, underscoring the importance of such efforts in strengthening the morale of armed forces personnel.
The discussions also covered the potential expansion of military educational cooperation between Azerbaijan and Saudi Arabia, with both sides expressing interest in further deepening their collaborative efforts on various issues of mutual concern.
This visit marks a significant step in the ongoing military collaboration between Azerbaijan and Saudi Arabia, highlighting the shared commitment to fostering strong ties and exchanging expertise in the field of military education.
