UAE President, Sultan of Oman Discuss Bilateral Ties, Regional Developments

Abu Dhabi, The Gulf Observer: UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq of the Sultanate of Oman held a telephone conversation on Thursday to discuss bilateral relations and explore ways to further enhance cooperation between the two brotherly nations.
During the call, the two leaders reaffirmed the strong and historic ties between the United Arab Emirates and the Sultanate of Oman, emphasizing their shared commitment to expanding cooperation across various sectors in support of the common interests and prosperity of both countries and their peoples.
The leaders also exchanged views on a number of regional and international issues of mutual concern, with particular focus on the serious developments unfolding in the Middle East. They reviewed ongoing diplomatic efforts aimed at addressing the current situation and underscored the importance of promoting dialogue, de-escalation, and regional stability.
Both sides reiterated their commitment to continued consultation and coordination on issues of shared interest, reflecting the close partnership and longstanding relations between the UAE and Oman.
