Uzbekistan Delegation Participates in Paris Roundtable on Central Asia Integration and EU Dialogue

Paris, December 13, 2024 – The Europe Today: A high-level delegation of Uzbekistan’s analytical centers participated in a roundtable discussion in Paris on the theme “Current Issues of Integration Processes in Central Asia and Expanding Dialogue Between Uzbekistan and the European Union.” The event, co-organized by Uzbekistan’s Development Strategy Center, the Embassy of Uzbekistan in France, and the Institute for Prospective and Security in Europe (IPSE), facilitated key discussions on enhancing regional cooperation and EU engagement.

The roundtable brought together representatives from leading analytical institutions in Uzbekistan and France, as well as diplomats, politicians, and approximately 40 international experts from various European countries.

Prominent participants from Uzbekistan included the heads and analysts of the Development Strategy Center, the Institute for Strategic and Regional Studies, the Center for Economic Research and Reforms, the International Institute for Central Asia, and the Center for Foreign Policy Research and International Initiatives. They delivered insights on the current state and future potential of Uzbekistan-France relations, as well as broader cooperation within the Uzbekistan-European Union framework.
