Kazakh President Tokayev to Visit Ashgabat for International Peace and Neutrality Events
Astana, The Gulf Observer: President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will travel to Ashgabat on December 11–12 to participate in a high-level forum marking several major international observances, the Akorda presidential residence announced on Wednesday.
According to the statement, President Tokayev will attend events dedicated to the International Year of Peace and Trust, the International Day of Neutrality, and the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent neutrality.
The visit underscores Kazakhstan’s commitment to promoting dialogue, regional cooperation, and international peace initiatives, media reports noted.
