Pakistan, Tajikistan Reaffirm Commitment to Strengthening Legal and Institutional Cooperation

Islamabad, The Gulf Observer: The Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to Pakistan, Yusuf Sharifzoda, met with Federal Minister for Law and Justice Azam Nazeer Tarar on Wednesday to discuss avenues for enhancing bilateral cooperation.

During the meeting, both sides reviewed the current state of relations between Tajikistan and Pakistan and explored prospects for further strengthening ties. Discussions focused particularly on cooperation in the fields of human rights protection, development of the legal framework, exchange of professional expertise, and closer coordination between relevant institutions.

The two sides expressed satisfaction with the positive trajectory of bilateral relations and reaffirmed their commitment to advancing constructive dialogue and expanding mutually beneficial cooperation across multiple sectors.

At the conclusion of the meeting, both parties underscored the importance of fostering stronger institutional linkages and agreed on the need to maintain regular contacts to further solidify bilateral engagement between the two countries.
