Baku, The Gulf Observer: Azerbaijan and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation have signed a cooperation agreement outlining preparations for the Third Ministerial Meeting of Anti-Corruption Law Enforcement Agencies of OIC member states, scheduled to be held in Baku on October 27–28.

The agreement was signed on June 19 by Heydar Mammadov and Yousef Mohamed AlDobeay.
