China Successfully Launches New Communication Technology Test Satellite

Beijing, The Gulf Observer: China successfully launched a new test satellite for communication technology from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center in southwestern Sichuan Province early on Monday.

The satellite was launched aboard a Long March-3B rocket at 1:17 a.m. (Beijing Time) and has entered the planned orbit, marking the success of the mission, according to the launch center.

The newly launched satellite will be primarily utilized for multi-band and high-speed communication technology validation. It is expected to enhance China’s communication capabilities and contribute to technological advancements in the field.

This mission marked the 562nd successful launch of the Long March carrier rocket series, reinforcing China’s position as a global leader in space exploration and technology development.
