Dubai South Properties Launches South Square Residential Development
Dubai, The Gulf Observer: Dubai South Properties has officially announced the launch of South Square, a new luxury residential development strategically located along Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Road, in close proximity to the recently unveiled new terminal at Al Maktoum International Airport.
Highlighting the project’s strong market appeal, the S4 Tower—part of the South Square development—was launched and fully sold out within just three hours of release.
Comprising a total of 550 residential units, South Square is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2028.
