Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Arrives in Hungary
Ashgabat, The Gulf Observer: The National Leader of the Turkmen people and Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, arrived in Hungary on Friday for an official visit to participate in the 16th meeting of the Council of Elders of the Organization of Turkic States.
Accompanied by senior officials, Berdimuhamedov was seen off at Ashgabat International Airport before his departure. Upon arrival at Hungary’s Ferenc Liszt International Airport, the National Leader was warmly welcomed by representatives of the Hungarian government and official circles.
The 16th meeting of the Council of Elders of the Organization of Turkic States marks another significant step in strengthening regional cooperation among member states. The previous meeting of the Council was held earlier this year, on March 11-12, in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan’s capital.
The official visit underscores the ongoing diplomatic ties between Turkmenistan and Hungary and highlights Turkmenistan’s commitment to fostering collaboration within the Turkic community.
