Prime Minister Bektenov had previously conveyed words of support via telegram to Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and the bereaved families affected by the tragic shooting.
The incident, which occurred on Friday, March 22, saw several unidentified gunmen storming into the Crocus City Hall on the outskirts of Moscow, unleashing a barrage of gunfire. In response, authorities swiftly initiated investigations, leading to the detention of 11 individuals connected to the heinous act.
March 24th was designated as National Mourning Day in Russia, marking a solemn observance of the lives lost in the terrorist attack.

The Kazakh Foreign Ministry disclosed that there is information indicating the presence of Kazakhstani nationals among those either injured or killed in the tragic incident.
