Ulanbek Totuiaev: Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan are bounded in excellent historic, religious and cultural ties
Islamabad, The Gulf Observer: Kyrgyzstan and Pakistan are bounded in excellent historic religious and cultural bonds and this relationship will further strengthen in the days to come.
This has been stated by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to Pakistan H.E. Mr. Ulanbek Totuiaev while talking to Maj.Gen Khalid Amir Jaffery (R) President Centre for South Asia and International Studies.
The Ambassador said that presently some 10 thousand Pakistani students are getting medical education in Kyrgyzstan and that there exists a wide scope for further strengthening bilateral cooperation in education sector.
On his part Maj.Gen.Khalid Amir Jaffery (R) briefed the Ambassador about the working and objectives of the Centre for South Asia and International Studies by saying that Pakistan and Kyrgyzstan enjoy a lot of similarities and further cementing of bilateral ties between the two countries is need of the hour.
Both the sides agreed to frequently conduct webinars/seminars by involving prominent think tanks to achieve the objective and that the very first webinar will be organized in the third week of September.
