Omani and Saudi Foreign Ministers Hold Talks in Al Jabal Al Akhdar

Al Jabal Al Akhdar, The Gulf Observer: Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister of the Sultanate of Oman, on Monday received Prince Faisal bin Farhan, Foreign Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in the Wilayat of Al Jabal Al Akhdar, A’Dakhiliyah Governorate.
During the meeting, the two ministers discussed avenues for strengthening bilateral cooperation and advancing joint initiatives under the framework of the Omani-Saudi Coordination Council, with the aim of serving the interests of their two brotherly peoples.
On the political front, the discussions covered key regional and international developments, with both sides exchanging views on ongoing efforts to address these issues through political dialogue and diplomatic means.The ministers emphasized the importance of maintaining continuous coordination and consultation, while further enhancing joint cooperation to achieve greater benefits for both nations and the wider region. They also highlighted the critical role of such collaboration in reinforcing regional security and stability, as well as in supporting broader sustainable development initiatives.
The meeting reaffirmed the commitment of Oman and Saudi Arabia to fostering closer ties and contributing actively to peace, prosperity, and stability in the region.
