Islamabad, The Gulf Observer: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Thursday received a telephone call from United States Secretary of State Marco Rubio to discuss the prevailing situation in the South Asian region, particularly in light of recent developments affecting regional peace and security.
According to a statement issued by the Prime Minister’s Office, Prime Minister Sharif strongly condemned India’s recent missile and drone strikes, which resulted in the deaths of 31 civilians, injuries to 57 others, and significant damage to civilian infrastructure.
