President Tokayev Plants Tree in Astana, Underscores Environmental Commitment
Astana, The Gulf Observer: President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on Saturday joined eco-activists in a tree-planting activity at Samal Park in the capital, reaffirming Kazakhstan’s commitment to environmental protection and sustainable development.
According to the Presidential press service, Akorda, the symbolic initiative highlighted the importance of collective efforts in promoting ecological awareness and enhancing green spaces in urban areas.
The participation of the president alongside environmental activists reflects the government’s continued focus on climate action and the promotion of environmentally responsible practices across the country.
