Saudi, UK Defense Ministers Discuss Strategic Cooperation and Regional Security

Riyadh, The Gulf Observer: Saudi Minister of Defense Prince Khalid bin Salman held a telephone conversation with British Secretary of State for Defense Wes Streeting on Wednesday, during which they discussed bilateral defense relations and regional developments.

The two ministers reviewed the strategic relations between Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom in the defense sector and discussed joint efforts to address issues affecting the region.

Prince Khalid bin Salman and Wes Streeting reaffirmed their countries’ support for initiatives aimed at promoting security and stability across the region.

The two sides also exchanged views on a number of issues of mutual interest.
