Serdar Berdimuhamedov Participates in Seventh Consultative Meeting of Central Asian Leaders

Tashkent, The Gulf Observer: President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov is participating in the Seventh Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia, held as part of his state visit to the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The high-level gathering brings together the presidents of Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, Uzbekistan, as well as Azerbaijan, which is attending the forum as a partner country.

During the meeting, regional leaders are discussing a comprehensive agenda focused on expanding mutual trade, deepening investment cooperation and strengthening transport and logistics connectivity as key pillars of regional economic integration. Discussions also extend to coordinated efforts in water resource management, energy, healthcare, and cultural and humanitarian cooperation.

Turkmenistan, upholding its internationally recognized status of permanent neutrality, is actively contributing to the dialogue aimed at developing harmonized approaches to shared regional challenges.

The consultative meeting is expected to enhance political dialogue, foster practical cooperation and strengthen the collective commitment of Central Asian states toward peace, development and stability in the region.
