Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, marked Emirati Children’s Day by emphasizing its significance as a national occasion that reinforces awareness of children’s rights and the collective responsibility to empower them.
On this special day, H.H.
