Turkmen President Conveys Condolences to Pakistan over Islamabad Mosque Blast
Ashgabat, The Gulf Observer: President Serdar Berdimuhamedov has conveyed heartfelt condolences to the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Asif Ali Zardari, and Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif following a deadly explosion at a mosque in Islamabad that resulted in numerous casualties and injuries.
In his message, President Berdimuhamedov strongly condemned all manifestations of terrorism and extremism, reaffirming Turkmenistan’s full support for the collective efforts of the international community to counter and eradicate terrorism.
On behalf of the people and government of Turkmenistan, as well as in his personal capacity, the Turkmen leader expressed sincere sympathy and solidarity with the people of Pakistan during this time of grief. He conveyed condolences to the families and loved ones of those who lost their lives and extended wishes for a swift and full recovery to the injured.
