Turkmenistan establishes 02 vocational schools
Ashgabat, The Gulf Observer: President of Turkmenistan during the online cabinet meeting signed resolutions on the establishment of the Ahal Provincial Pedagogical Secondary Vocational School named after Berdimuhamet Annayev and the Ahal Provincial Medical Secondary Vocational School named after Sachly Dursunova, the country’s official media reports.
According to the document, the new Medical Secondary Vocational School is created in order to provide diagnostic centers, hospitals, maternity wards and pharmaceutical enterprises in Ahal province with qualified personnel with secondary professional education.
The establishment of the Pedagogical Secondary Vocational School in Ahal is aimed at meeting the needs of educational institutions of the province for personnel with secondary vocational education.
During a government meeting in December last year, Gulshat Mammedova, the Head of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, informed of the decision of the parliament to name medical, social, cultural and educational facilities, including two new vocational schools, in the new administrative center of Ahal province – the city of Arkadag.
The admission of students to study at new vocational schools in Arkadag will begin from the academic year 2023-2024.
