The Pakistani minister was also presented with an overview of Turkmenistan’s major regional energy and infrastructure initiatives, which are considered strategically important for enhancing energy security, improving regional connectivity and expanding economic cooperation between the countries of Central and South Asia.

The discussions further focused on prospects for expanding interparliamentary engagement, with both sides highlighting significant potential for deeper Turkmen-Pakistani cooperation in the fields of energy, transport, trade, investment and humanitarian relations.
