Turkmenistan’s Leaders Congratulate Donald Trump on U.S. Presidential Election

Ashgabat, The Gulf Observer: Turkmenistan’s President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and National Leader Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov have extended their congratulations to Donald Trump on his election as President of the United States, as reported by Turkmenistan’s official media on Wednesday.

In his statement, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov underscored the significance of Turkmenistan-U.S. diplomatic relations, emphasizing the mutual benefits of enhanced cooperation founded on equality, respect, and shared interests. “I believe the friendship and constructive partnerships between our nations will continue to deepen for the benefit of both peoples,” he affirmed.

Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov shared similar sentiments, expressing confidence in the steady development of Turkmenistan-U.S. relations. “We hold our amicable relations in high regard and are committed to advancing them in the interests of our citizens,” he stated.

Both leaders conveyed their best wishes to President-elect Trump, wishing him good health and success in his upcoming term.
