Tehran, The Gulf Observer: On Wednesday, Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, emphasized the nation’s vast opportunities and resources that can be leveraged for the benefit of the public. During a meeting with Interior Minister Eskandar Momeni and governors from across Iran, the Leader outlined the nation’s favorable conditions for progress, stressing the critical role of the country’s young and educated workforce in driving tangible development.

Ayatollah Khamenei noted that Iran is currently free from serious challenges such as war or major security threats, and these favorable circumstances should be fully utilized to deliver effective services to the people. He highlighted the country’s young, educated, and capable workforce as a significant asset, explaining that whenever organizations have recognized and capitalized on this resource, considerable progress has been achieved.

The Leader also underscored the importance of empowering governors, stating that they must be entrusted with the authority necessary to manage and make decisions within their provinces. He emphasized that this delegation of power would allow for effective implementation of policies and solutions at the local level.

In his address, Ayatollah Khamenei urged governors and other officials to avoid actions that contradict the national interests and called for a focus on addressing corruption and boosting production. He also stressed the need for managers to engage directly with the people, ensuring that their concerns are heard and addressed through responsive governance.
