Kuwait, The Gulf Observer: Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan participated in the 164th Ministerial Council meeting of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, held in Kuwait on Monday.

The meeting brought together top diplomats from GCC member states to review key regional and international developments, with a particular focus on the humanitarian and political situation in the Gaza Strip and the collective efforts being undertaken to address the crisis.

In addition to current affairs, the Council reviewed the progress of joint Gulf initiatives and discussed strategies to further enhance and deepen cooperation among member states. The session also examined reports on the implementation of decisions adopted at the 45th GCC Summit, which was hosted by Kuwait in December 2024.

The discussions underscored the commitment of GCC nations to strengthening unity and coordination in addressing regional challenges and advancing shared strategic goals.
