UAE and Syrian Presidents Discuss Strengthening Bilateral Ties and Regional Stability

Abu Dhabi, The Gulf Observer: UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Syrian President His Excellency Ahmad Al-Sharaa discussed ways to enhance bilateral relations and regional cooperation during a telephone conversation on Friday.
During the call, the two leaders reviewed the fraternal ties between the United Arab Emirates and Syria and explored opportunities to strengthen cooperation across various sectors in a manner that serves the mutual interests of both countries and contributes to the wellbeing and prosperity of their peoples.
President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and President Ahmad Al-Sharaa reaffirmed their shared commitment to further deepening bilateral relations and expanding cooperation in areas of common interest.
The two leaders also exchanged views on a number of regional and international developments, with particular focus on the latest situation in the Middle East and ongoing efforts to reinforce the foundations of security, stability, and peace across the region.
They emphasized the importance of continued dialogue and cooperation in supporting regional stability and advancing initiatives that promote peace, security, and sustainable development for the benefit of all peoples in the region.
