Belarusian President Visits National Museum in Muscat

Muscat, The Gulf Observer: His Excellency Alexander Lukashenko, President of the Republic of Belarus, visited the National Museum in Muscat on Monday, December 16, 2024, as part of his official engagements in Oman.

During the visit, President Lukashenko was provided with a comprehensive overview of the museum’s exhibits and its diverse halls, which showcase the rich cultural heritage and history of the Sultanate of Oman.

In a statement, the Oman News Agency (ONA) noted, “His Excellency the President of the Republic of Belarus visits the National Museum in Muscat. During his visit, he listened to a detailed explanation about the museum and its various halls that highlight the cultural heritage of the Sultanate of Oman.”

The National Museum, established to preserve and promote Oman’s cultural legacy, serves as a significant landmark in fostering international cultural exchange and appreciation. President Lukashenko’s visit underscores the growing bilateral relations and cultural cooperation between Oman and Belarus.
