President of Kyrgyzstan arrives in Tashkent
Tashkent, The Gulf Observer: President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov arrived in Tashkent, Uzbekistan on November 8 to attend the 16th Summit of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) in Tashkent.
The Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov, and other officials met the distinguished guest at Tashkent International Airport.
It should be noted that the Economic Cooperation Organization was founded 38 years ago. Its permanent secretariat is located in Tehran.
At the 15th ECO Summit, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev noted that our fraternal peoples, united by a common history and religion, similar customs and traditions, have been closely connected by trade and cultural relations since ancient times. Uzbekistan stands for further developing comprehensive relations within the framework of this organization.
Indeed, over the past period, this organization has turned into a large regional structure with enormous economic potential.
