Qatari PM Meets with UK Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs
London, The Gulf Observer: The Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, met with the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs of the United Kingdom, His Excellency David Camon, in London on Monday.
During the meeting, the two leaders discussed the cooperation relations between Qatar and the United Kingdom and explored ways to support and develop these ties, particularly in the field of investment.
The discussion also addressed the serious situation in the Gaza Strip and the occupied Palestinian territories. They reviewed the latest developments in joint mediation efforts aimed at halting the conflict in Gaza and ensuring the unimpeded flow of humanitarian aid to the region. Additionally, the meeting covered the latest developments in Afghanistan and Ukraine, along with a range of topics of mutual interest.
