Tajik President Emomali Rahmon Congratulates Vietnam’s To Lam on Election

Dushanbe, The Gulf Observer: Emomali Rahmon, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to To Lam on his election as President of the Vietnam.

In a congratulatory telegram sent on April 11, President Rahmon praised To Lam’s election as a reflection of the strong public support for his policies and strategic vision aimed at advancing Vietnam’s comprehensive socio-political and economic development.
