Kazakhstan Leads Central Asia in Global Prosperity Ranking

Astana, The Gulf Observer: Kazakhstan has emerged as the highest-ranked country in Central Asia in the latest Global Prosperity Ranking, reaffirming its position as the region’s leading economy and one of its most stable and competitive states.
According to the latest international assessment, Kazakhstan outperformed all other Central Asian nations across a range of key indicators measuring national prosperity, including economic performance, governance, education, healthcare, safety, infrastructure, and overall quality of life.
The ranking reflects Kazakhstan’s continued progress in strengthening its economy, improving public services, and advancing institutional reforms aimed at sustainable development and higher living standards. The country’s strong performance was also attributed to its ongoing efforts to diversify the economy, attract foreign investment, modernize infrastructure, and enhance digital transformation.
Among the five Central Asian republics, Kazakhstan maintained a clear lead, underscoring its role as the region’s largest economy and a key driver of regional growth and cooperation.
