Kazakhstan Publishes President Tokayev’s Selected Quotes in New Book on State-Building and Justice

Astana, The Gulf Observer: A new book titled Adiletti Kogamga Shynshyl Soz (A True Word to a Just Society), featuring a curated collection of selected quotes by President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, has been published in Kazakhstan, according to local media reports.

The publication was announced by Arman Kyrykbayev, Presidential Aide for Domestic Policy and Communications, in a post on Facebook.

The book brings together more than three decades of President Tokayev’s public statements, combining archival materials dating back to 1994 with his latest speeches. It includes notable excerpts from addresses delivered both within Kazakhstan and at major international forums, reflecting the evolution of his political thought and leadership.

The collection is organized into 21 thematic sections covering a broad range of issues, including the rule of law, public security, public administration, education and youth, digitalization, national identity, environmental awareness, and the Taza Kazakhstan initiative.

According to the publishers, the volume highlights the consistency and development of President Tokayev’s vision for state-building and social progress. The selected quotations demonstrate how the principles of justice, legality, responsibility, and national unity have remained central to his public discourse throughout different stages of his career.
