Cao Zhongming has been appointed as the new ambassador to Singapore, succeeding Sun Haiyan.
Ji Ping will take up the role of ambassador to Madagascar, replacing Guo Xiaomei.
Zhang Bin has been appointed as the new ambassador to Angola, succeeding Gong Tao.
Xu Xueyuan will serve as the new ambassador to Panama, replacing Wei Qiang.
