Belarusian President Explores High-Tech Innovations at Tashkent Technopark
Tashkent, The Gulf Observer: The President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, joined by the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, embarked on a visit to the Technopark in Tashkent, exploring cutting-edge technological advancements in various industries.
During the visit, President Lukashenko was introduced to a diverse array of high-tech products manufactured at Technopark enterprises, showcasing the capabilities of Uzbekistan’s industrial prowess. The presented products spanned household appliances, electronic meters, elevators, escalators, pumps, industrial boilers, cooling systems, and more.
The Technopark, established under the visionary initiative of President Mirziyoyev, encompasses 17 production facilities with a collective value of $365 million. Reflecting the nation’s commitment to technological progress, the industrial complex is set to inaugurate a logistics center later this year.
Noteworthy is the production of goods under foreign brands and supervision, meeting rigorous quality standards and gaining significant traction in both domestic and international markets. The manufactured products boast demand in 10 countries, exemplifying the global appeal of Uzbekistan’s technological contributions.
During discussions, the leaders emphasized the imperative to strengthen collaboration between leading enterprises, emphasizing mutual exchange of expertise and technology transfer. The visit to Technopark underscores the commitment of both nations to fostering innovation, economic cooperation, and the continued development of advanced technologies that can contribute to the prosperity of their people and the global market.
