President Xi inspects Shijiazhuang in Hebei Province
Beijing, The Gulf Observer: Chinese President Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, on Friday inspected Shijiazhuang, capital of north China’s Hebei Province.
He visited a research institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation and the planning exhibition hall of a biomedical industry park, where he learned about enterprise R&D and production, and local efforts to advance the biomedical industry.
Xi’s inspection tour in Hebei Province started Wednesday. Taking a high-speed train, he first paid a visit to the “city of future” Xiongan and called for continuous high-quality development, and to Cangzhou, where he visited wheat fields and learnt about local crop cultivation efforts.
