Bangkok, The Gulf Observer: Her Majesty Queen Suthida Bajrasudhabimalalakshana will lead a grand Thai army parade on December 3 at the Royal Plaza, Dusit Palace, to commemorate the 72nd birthday of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua, which was celebrated in July. The Royal Thai Armed Forces (RTARF) announced the event on Friday, with RTARF spokesman Maj Gen Vithai Laithomya providing details of the ceremony.

Maj Gen Vithai stated that the RTARF will host a large-scale military parade and an oath-taking ceremony, scheduled to commence at 4 p.m. at the Royal Plaza. The parade will honor the King’s milestone birthday and showcase the strength and discipline of the armed forces. Her Majesty the Queen will lead the Royal Guard’s parade as the Commander of the Royal Guard’s Combined Forces, a role signifying her distinguished leadership.

Additionally, Her Royal Highness Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana Rajakanya will serve as the Commander of the Royal Guard’s cavalry battalion, contributing to the grandeur of the event. The ceremony will be preceded by a special military performance, featuring more than 300 personnel representing the army, navy, and air force. This highly anticipated occasion is expected to draw significant attention and reverence, highlighting the unity and dedication of Thailand’s armed forces.
