Hamas Hands Over Three Israeli Hostages to the Red Cross as Part of Ceasefire Agreement

Gaza, The Gulf Observer: A senior official from Hamas has confirmed that the Palestinian resistance group has handed over three Israeli women hostages to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), in line with an agreement reached under a ceasefire deal with Israel.

The official stated that the hostages were officially transferred to the Red Cross at Al-Saraya Square in the Al-Rimal neighborhood of western Gaza City. A representative from the Red Cross was reported to have met with the hostages to ensure their well-being prior to their release.

Israel’s military confirmed the transfer, stating that the Red Cross had informed them that the hostages were en route to Israeli forces. This marks a significant development in the ongoing humanitarian efforts amidst the broader conflict.
