Pakistan Day Marked with Flag Hoisting Ceremony at Embassy in Turkmenistan
Ashgabat, The Gulf Observer: A solemn flag hoisting ceremony was held at the premises of the Embassy of Pakistan in Ashgabat on the morning of March 23, 2026, to commemorate Pakistan Day with national pride and reverence.
The ceremony was attended by members of the Pakistani diaspora, Turkmen entrepreneurs, and officials and staff of the embassy, reflecting a spirit of unity and shared celebration.
The event commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran, setting a dignified tone for the proceedings. Pakistan’s Ambassador to Turkmenistan, Dr. Faryal Leghari, hoisted the national flag to the tune of the national anthem, symbolizing the country’s sovereignty and enduring national spirit.
