Chinese Vice Premier to meet U.S. Treasury Secretary in Zurich
Beijing, The Gulf Observer: U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen will meet Chinese Vice Premier Liu He in Zurich, Switzerland on Wednesday to exchange views on economic developments and deepen communication between the world’s two largest economies, a Treasury official said.
The meeting will take place a day after Liu addresses the World Economic Forum in Davos, on the first overseas trip by a high-level Chinese government delegation since the country dismantled its three-year-old zero-COVID policy last month.
