Muscat, The Gulf Observer: Oman’s Foreign Minister held a telephone conversation with the United Kingdom’s Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, to discuss the latest regional developments and efforts to ease tensions through diplomatic means.
