Abdullah bin Zayed and Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Unveil New Kuwaiti Embassy in Abu Dhabi
Abu Dhabi, The Gulf Observer: H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, and Abdullah Ali Al Yahya, Foreign Minister of Kuwait, officially inaugurated the new building of the Embassy of the State of Kuwait in Abu Dhabi.
The inauguration ceremony featured the unveiling of a commemorative plaque marking the opening of the embassy’s new headquarters. Following the unveiling, the two diplomats toured a photo exhibition showcasing Kuwait’s significant development achievements and highlighting the enduring fraternal relations between the UAE and Kuwait.
H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed underscored that the new embassy building symbolizes the profound Emirati-Kuwaiti ties grounded in mutual respect, understanding, and solidarity. He described the UAE-Kuwaiti relationship as robust and deep, strengthened by the bonds of mutual affection and brotherhood between the leaderships and peoples of both nations.
“The UAE looks forward to further collaboration with the State of Kuwait across all levels, aiming to enhance and advance our historical relationship in alignment with the aspirations of our leaderships and our peoples,” Sheikh Abdullah stated.
He also acknowledged the contributions of Jamal Al Ghunaim, Ambassador of Kuwait to the UAE, and the embassy team for their efforts in deepening and fortifying the bilateral relations.
The ceremony concluded with a commemorative photograph featuring H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed, Abdullah Ali Al Yahya, Jamal Al Ghunaim, and the embassy team, alongside a number of Gulf ambassadors, diplomats, and senior officials.
The opening of the new Kuwaiti Embassy building reaffirms the strong and enduring partnership between the UAE and Kuwait, reflecting their shared commitment to continued collaboration and mutual support.
