Saudi, Japanese Ministers Discuss Digital Cooperation on Sidelines of WEF in Davos

Davos, The Gulf Observer: Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Abdullah Alswaha, met with Japan’s Minister for Digital Transformation, Hisashi Matsumoto, on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos.
According to officials, the meeting focused on expanding bilateral cooperation between Saudi Arabia and Japan in key areas of the digital economy, including digital government initiatives, artificial intelligence, and the development of digital capabilities.
The two ministers also discussed ways to strengthen collaboration in empowering entrepreneurship, particularly through technology-driven innovation and the exchange of expertise.
The talks reflected the shared commitment of both countries to deepening partnerships in advanced digital sectors and supporting sustainable economic growth through digital transformation.
