Oman and Egypt Leaders Hold High-Level Talks on Regional Stability and Diplomacy

Muscat, The Gulf Observer: His Majesty Haitham bin Tarik and President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi of the Arab Republic of Egypt held a cordial meeting today at Al Barakah Palace, where they discussed a range of regional and international developments.
During the meeting, the two leaders reviewed key regional issues and their political, economic, and security implications. They also exchanged views on efforts to reach a comprehensive settlement to the American-Iranian crisis through dialogue, mutual understanding, and diplomatic channels, emphasizing the importance of de-escalation and constructive engagement.
From the Omani side, the meeting was attended by Gen. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Nu’amani, Minister of the Royal Office, Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister, Dr. Hamad bin Said Al Aufi, Head of the Private Office, and Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah Al Hinai, Ambassador-at-Large at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
From the Egyptian side, the delegation included Maj. Gen. Ahmed Ali Mohamed, Chief of the President’s Office, Dr. Badr Abdelatty, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration, and Egyptian Expatriates, Counselor Omar Marwan, Director of the President’s Office, and Yasser Shaaban, Ambassador of Egypt to Oman.
The meeting underscored the strong bilateral relations between Oman and Egypt and their shared commitment to supporting regional stability and diplomatic solutions to ongoing challenges.
